Starting in the mid-1990s, Norascon decided to extend its expertise to the international level. Today, Norascon maintains a presence in several countries, including East Africa’s Tanzania. Intervention in this country has resulted in an agreement with a local firm to develop roadwork projects as part of a program to upgrade the national road network. This project was the starting point of a long succession of partnerships with several construction companies located in various countries, whose political and financial situations are conducive to such partnerships. Currently, Norascon shares its expertise internationally thanks to its network of businesses, which extends from Africa to Central America, to South America and the Caribbean.

Just recently, Norascon and L.A. Hébert developed a project to build a pumping station, a water treatment plant as well as a seawall defense in the Commonwealth of Dominica, West Indies.
